My First Blog!

My first blog post!  I’ve wanted to write a blog for so long and here I am and now, what to write?  I’m a writer (retired!), a teacher, a dog mom, and when the time comes, I want to leave my little corner of the world a little bit better.

So, first, here’s Charley.  She came to me at four years old with the name Charlotte and I didn’t want to confuse her by changing her name.  At the time she only spoke Spanish so it didn’t matter, but I digress.  She loves treats, naps, and chewing random things. And if you ask her, she’ll tell you that she’s a very good girl, except when she forgets! 🙂
